If you have already registered for the RiseUp Portal prior to January 1, 2018 there is no need to register again. Your username and password on file will open the door to this helpful tool designed to assist you in improving, maintaining, or learning more about your health.
Not to worry if you have yet to register. The easy-to-follow instructions will have you moving along into the portal in no time and if you encounter any difficulties, the Provant Help Team is ready to guide you and address any questions or concerns.
Here’s what you can look forward to in 2018:
Quick and convenient review and tracking of your progress toward meeting your Level 1 and Level 2 incentives
Wellness Workshops that are more accessible than ever and focused upon the topics you’ve told us you are most interested in learning more about including stress management, nutrition, weight management and specific conditions such as diabetes and heart disease
Take advantage of a direct connection to a registered dietitian or exercise trainer and receive personal answers to your good questions
Useful logging and tracking for your food, physical activity, mood, water, biometric measures and more so you can see how your health may be changing and improving over time
Download apps for Apple and Android phones for your portal on the go and don’t forget, you can connect your wearable fitness device to the RiseUP Portal for seamless integration.
