You can take a fun-filled ride and Get Fit on Route 66.
Visit virtual stops along the way and learn about the historic highway as long as you log daily exercise minutes and earn road signs. Get moving and sign up for Get Fit on Route 66 today! To register for the portal and the challenge, follow the steps below:
STEP ONE. If you haven’t already, register on the Provant Portal today at https://riseup.provantone.com:
- Enter your first name + Employee ID + MMDD of birth
- Complete your profile. Choose a username (your work email address is recommended), password and three security questions.
- Click “Register”. You will automatically be logged in.
STEP TWO. Once registered for the portal, sign up for Get Fit on Route 66:
- Click on the “Challenges” tab in the top toolbar
- Click View and complete the steps to register.
To earn level 2 credit, you must log at least 2,448 virtual miles. You can begin recording your activity minutes on January 15, 2018. And, for easy tracking, download the Get Fit on Route 66 app on your mobile device.

It's Never Too Soon To Start Working on Level 1
Your Deadline is April 30, 2018
Level 1 can be satisfied by completing a TrestleTree Health Coaching appointment either in-person or by telephone or by completing your annual wellness or appropriate health screening visit with your primary care physician.
Helpful Tip: Do not wait until the last minute to seek your health premium discount by completing a coaching appointment. To ensure your appointment can take place by the April 30 deadline, you must arrange for the appointment no later than March 30, 2018. Call TrestleTree at your earliest convenience at 1-855-580-2797 to schedule your Health Coaching appointment.
To count toward meeting your Level 1 requirement, your annual wellness visit with your primary care physician may be scheduled anytime from April 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018. Important to note; CIGNA provides that information automatically to Provant in order that completion of the appointment/requirement may be displayed on your personal portal page. Only if your wellness visit is going to take place close to the April 30, 2018 deadline should you utilize the preventive care form. Questions and concerns may be directed to Provant customer Service at 855-2RiseUp or 855-274-7387.
If you haven’t registered for the RiseUp Portal powered by Provant, you may do so on the portal page keeping in mind that if you already registered in 2017, your credentials remain valid for 2018 with no need to repeat the registration process.
